I dont think Angel is a criminal... I saw many girls not really convinced in what they were doing and then complaining or even crying on the set.
Usually it happens if the girl has to do something for few bucks or no bucks at all! But I don't think is the case of Angel.
Generally in Europe apply the same rules than in USA (especially if you work for a US company) but you try always to give one chance to a girl if she deserves.

When i saw a young girl starting her career like her i know from the beginning, she have to go a bit working in McDo for example, and later to come back. I don't defend her attitude. I say only to Bilbo she's not criminal but she has not the right attitude.
Agents and producers can only lost money if they work with this people.
On the other hand you always try and then you see: I saw in the past some casting in the style "try and go" and this is also is part of the biz.
For sure if the girl has no understood how it works she risks a lot.
If you have no character and no clear ideas being a pornstar is not easy... the people who know can understand what I mean.
