1 as far as I know Katy never tried to get to Prague or anything.
2 Wiska's main concern before she was granted readership was not porn but other adult related activities while waiting for the Czech government's decision. But also during that time she had to live in specialy designated camps and was not able to travel sometimes even to Prague not to mention other countries. But I guess now she is free to get back to business she is best at!
