Removing links

Postby BigBear on Fri Apr 02, 2010 4:06 pm

What exactly is the point of you guys keeping on removing links to tube sites without giving the posters themselves any serious warnings or bans?

For instance, earlier today this one member sd posted two links which were removed. One quick look into his post history shows that he has been posting links to complete scenes on tube sites like this on a regular basis with only the odd one ever getting removed. And he sure isn't the only one. Either they never check back their posts and therefore not noticing the 'mod-edit' or they simply don't care knowing perfectly well that there aren't any consequences about it.

Seems kinda pointless this way, doesn't it?

Thanks for pointing this out to us. Frankly spoken, we are not really able to monitor each and every violation of forum rules, simply because there are way more violations than we have time to spot and prune.

It would really be nice to have some more moderators aboard to help us here.

Editing: Just gave this dude a warning about this matter. Funny thing is that exactly one year ago I already warned him about illegal links. I will see if he behaves now. Other than that he will be odd man out very soon.

Thanks for the reply Mr_White. And i can understand that you guys can't always see everything all the time. I'm also well aware that there is a report button for us to use to help out with that. However when someone has the feeling that if he reports something, knowing that he can do so again and again because certain posters keep getting away it... well then why even bother you know.
